      Lot of variety to work including lot of responsibilities.

      Favouritism is the only thing that will get you your salary raise & promotion. They will not appreciate your performance or reward you for it

      The hours are decent considering.

      Cons

      This could be the worst job. Pay is crap. The benefits are crap. The main reason why I left is because the culture and the horrendous work ethic from top to bottom. No one seems to care what-so-ever. No one seems to know what the hell they are doing and when you ask for help they simply shrug and say, "I dunno". No one is held accountable.
