      Pros

      Flexible, good hours, essays rehired, can choose different school sites, lots of autonomy if you choose your school site well

      Cons

      Little autonomy if poor school site, very little support from management, annoying Saturday classes that waste time

      Your people skills improve greatly You get to meet new people/connections

      Cons

      You have to run the whole front part of the store with just two employee at a time. Their is also mad customers because of the wait caused by only one cashier
