The Higher management especially Vice presidents seriously lack in vision, knowledge and expertise. The company is mainly dependent on 2 clients from last 5 years VP's failed miserably to add any new clients. The one who are working since long time doesn't allow new candidates to settle down and give very tough time and create situations where the new joinee will resign by themselves.
