Pros

Colleagues are supportive, pay was ok for the job as it was relatively simple, could progress to a Level 2 agent but not a lot of opportunity to do this

Cons

Long hours and you get told when you are allowed to have breaks and they time you when you go to the toilet.

Pros

Depending on your branch, it can be a very tight knit group. I have great coworkers but I can only speak for my branch. Decent benefits and weekly pay!

Cons

The pay is okay, Seems like higher ups are pretty strict and it's difficult to get the tools and parts needed for repairs.
