      If you are from India or Nepal, you will understand the language

      If you are Caucasian they will not treat you well nor speak English you can understand. You will be pushed out or held down professionally.

      Pros

      Depending on your branch, it can be a very tight knit group. I have great coworkers but I can only speak for my branch. Decent benefits and weekly pay!

      Cons

      The pay is okay, Seems like higher ups are pretty strict and it's difficult to get the tools and parts needed for repairs.
