Pros

Nice company to work for benefits and stuff friendly employees and are not so much, minimum 9 to 10 hours a day.

Cons

Management very poor i quit because of that, Andy night supervisor was too strict and had disconnection with morning manager Howard . I applied for a day off weeks before for moving out of my house manager approved supervisor waited until that day to tell me i need to come to work they are short handed and did not care about my safety driving a truck while i moved a hall house that day. Trucks were getting shared by morning shift and found a unrine bottle in my truck one day so discussing. Once you do any mistake you loos your bonus. When i was new they gave me around 5 stores to service North and south and expected me to do all that in less than 10 hours a day i was getting dead tired and sleepy on the road after working over 12 hours and if i pull over to rest for half an hour i was getting called to the office about it not caring about my safety. So bottom line they took advantage of employees too much work and pay was only $17.75 an hour and i had to drive every day from Modesto to Tracy so i was loosing another 1.5 hours unpaid daily on top of my 12 hours plus shift not worth the travel and dealing with poor management sorry i am out of there.

Pros

Depending on your branch, it can be a very tight knit group. I have great coworkers but I can only speak for my branch. Decent benefits and weekly pay!

Cons

The pay is okay, Seems like higher ups are pretty strict and it's difficult to get the tools and parts needed for repairs.
