Pros
I can't think of one thing good about this place which would make it stand out from anyplace else.
Cons
- management can never decide on a routine. Everyday is more changes. - management years employees on a condescending manner. E.g. they stand around talking all day but if they see an employee sharing a few words with a nearby associate the employee will be reprimanded for talking. - they preach quality but constantly push numbers over quality work. - 10 minutes of a 15 minutes break is spent walking to and from the break room. - the tools they provide are cheap, broken, and will always end up missing. - micromanaging at its best, or worst, and by managers who are among the worst I've seen in over 40 years in the workforce. - Favoritism... Friends of the manager get the easiest repairs so they can keep their numbers up and meet the quota.
