      Company cares for employees and offers many incentives and bonuses to hourly employees.

      Cons

      Very little room for advancement. No flexibility in schedule. Bonuses and incentives are all geared towards hourly employees, not salary level employees.

      Pros

      Depending on your branch, it can be a very tight knit group. I have great coworkers but I can only speak for my branch. Decent benefits and weekly pay!

      Cons

      The pay is okay, Seems like higher ups are pretty strict and it's difficult to get the tools and parts needed for repairs.
