      Pace of work is good with current pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Upper management never helps to communicate or set up any department for success. Managers take all credit from their subordinates without contributing much if anything to daily success.

      Pros

      Depending on your branch, it can be a very tight knit group. I have great coworkers but I can only speak for my branch. Decent benefits and weekly pay!

      Cons

      The pay is okay, Seems like higher ups are pretty strict and it's difficult to get the tools and parts needed for repairs.
