      Pros

      Benefits are great if you can hold on for a raise to afford them.

      Cons

      You can hardly afford the benefits. Managers will lie to you by promising a promotion just to meet their own goals. There is prejudice and favoritism.

      Pros

      Depending on your branch, it can be a very tight knit group. I have great coworkers but I can only speak for my branch. Decent benefits and weekly pay!

      Cons

      The pay is okay, Seems like higher ups are pretty strict and it's difficult to get the tools and parts needed for repairs.
