      Pros

      Friendly and Family Oriented company, Some supervisors are great other not so much. General Manager is a very kind and thoughtful man, listens to others' opinions. definitely a risk-taker, but a problem solver.

      Cons

      CPI Clear Management is definitely questionable, the pressure given to mentor another seems a bit intense. Some may say The GM of the facility loses focus on Minor but Potential Critical problems.

      Pros

      Depending on your branch, it can be a very tight knit group. I have great coworkers but I can only speak for my branch. Decent benefits and weekly pay!

      Cons

      The pay is okay, Seems like higher ups are pretty strict and it's difficult to get the tools and parts needed for repairs.
