Pros

CTDI is an exciting, fast-paced, industry-leading company that provides tremendous career opportunities and jobs to its employees. It is a challenging work environment that requires critical thinking, hard work and a strong commitment to doing the job right and to servicing the customer in order for CTDI to be successful. But the environment brings out the best in its employees and also gives them the opportunity to succeed and grow, both personally and professionally. As the business environment at CTDI and the global technology landscape continues to evolve on an on-going basis, there are always opportunities to learn something new and to further advance your knowledge of the business and your personal skill set. There is never a boring day at CTDI! The culture at CTDI is inclusive and is focused on making the employees feel like members of the family. Caring for others, both inside and outside of the company, is in the organization's DNA and CTDI truly "walks the talk" when it comes to helping its employees and its neighbors in the local community overcome medical and financial challenges in order to improve the quality of their lives. CTDI is a great company and it has been for more than 40 years. And it will continue to be a great company in the future thanks to its deep roots in servicing its customers, taking care of its employees and being a solid corporate citizen in the community. My personal career at CTDI spanned almost 18 years, and while I had my share of good days and bad days, I never for a minute regretted the decision I made to change careers after 20 years in another industry and go to work for CTDI. I am grateful to the Parsons Family and to my wonderful friends and colleagues at CTDI who made working there fun, challenging and rewarding, both personally and professionally. I wish all of them the best for the future.

Cons

Given the nature of CTDI's widespread regional operations, it is sometimes difficult to continue your career growth and advancement unless you are willing to relocate to the headquarters location where there are much more opportunities to learn and grow your career.

Pros

Depending on your branch, it can be a very tight knit group. I have great coworkers but I can only speak for my branch. Decent benefits and weekly pay!

Cons

The pay is okay, Seems like higher ups are pretty strict and it's difficult to get the tools and parts needed for repairs.
