There is never a boring day at CTDI! The culture at CTDI is inclusive and is focused on making the employees feel like members of the family. My personal career at CTDI spanned almost 18 years, and while I had my share of good days and bad days, I never for a minute regretted the decision I made to change careers after 20 years in another industry and go to work for CTDI. Given the nature of CTDI's widespread regional operations, it is sometimes difficult to continue your career growth and advancement unless you are willing to relocate to the headquarters location where there are much more opportunities to learn and grow your career.
