      Co-workers are very good people to work with.

      Long hours: too many projects:those in management positions do not have adequate training in that role:management too concerned with bonuses (that underlings do not see)

      Pros

      Depending on your branch, it can be a very tight knit group. I have great coworkers but I can only speak for my branch. Decent benefits and weekly pay!

      Cons

      The pay is okay, Seems like higher ups are pretty strict and it's difficult to get the tools and parts needed for repairs.
