Pros

Fast paced, compensation, company values, co-workers, office culture, company events, company lunches, flex days. Coalition is a very aggressively growing online marketing company. Aggressive = fast paced, high expectations, and very demanding of performance. I've been here since near its beginning. Its not always a super fun environment, but it is very rewarding. Do NOT consider Coalition if you're hoping to disappear into a big corporate environment with low personal responsibility and highly standardized job responsibilities. Your job today won't be the same tomorrow. If you want to get a wide range of experience relating to web marketing and you want to really be able to evolve your role, this is definitely the spot for you.

Cons

Fast paced, very high expectations, clients (some of them). As other reviewers have pointed out, there is VERY high expectations put on employees. If you're delicate and can't handle much pressure to go above and beyond, don't bother applying. The people who really succeed at Coalition are the ones who are hungry, thick skinned, and really want to push the boundaries of their personal capabilities. Our clients are often small business owners. Sometimes they have unrealistic expectations or goals. Other times they are in tough circumstances and have a lot of other pressure that they pass onto you. Again, something you have to be able to handle. Having been here (and knowing most of the people who left the negative reviews), if you can't handle constructive criticism, and accept it as part of a professional workplace, don't apply.

Pros

- Good pay - Team is great - Excellent organization

Cons

- Time tracking software is very invasive (screenshots every 5 to 10 min, mouse and keyboard tracking, camera must always be on while on work hours) - KPIs can be too demanding - Workload can be too heavy (I was managing around 15 accounts at one point)
