      Pros

      1- Great work environment 2- Great treatment (especially from the President) 3- Salary on time 4- Team member personal life support ( Health support, Gym Subscription, etc ..) 5- work load are fair (development team)

      Cons

      Tracking employees time and screenshots are essential for oversea companies like CT, but Camera shots every ~10 minutes are really annoying and makes me feel nervous as I know a Camera keeps photograph me inside my house constantly

      Pros

      - Good pay - Team is great - Excellent organization

      Cons

      - Time tracking software is very invasive (screenshots every 5 to 10 min, mouse and keyboard tracking, camera must always be on while on work hours) - KPIs can be too demanding - Workload can be too heavy (I was managing around 15 accounts at one point)
