      Thank you! We do appreciate your feedback. Quality is a challenge for sure! We put a huge emphasis on quality work because it really defines the value of the work we do. Quality suffers, the volume of work doesn't matter. Quality suffers, the nature of the work we do doesn't matter.

      Pros

      - Good pay - Team is great - Excellent organization

      Cons

      - Time tracking software is very invasive (screenshots every 5 to 10 min, mouse and keyboard tracking, camera must always be on while on work hours) - KPIs can be too demanding - Workload can be too heavy (I was managing around 15 accounts at one point)
