      CT is one of the best companies I worked for. Good compensation, benefits, and schedule.

      Nothing I can say that's negative about the company. The only improvement I suggested has already been practiced.

      Pros

      - Good pay - Team is great - Excellent organization

      Cons

      - Time tracking software is very invasive (screenshots every 5 to 10 min, mouse and keyboard tracking, camera must always be on while on work hours) - KPIs can be too demanding - Workload can be too heavy (I was managing around 15 accounts at one point)
