      There are no pros other than free donuts

      Cons

      -Two Weeks Vacation -No Personal Days -Sick days are docked from paycheque -No E-transfer for Pay - Have to pick up in person -No RRSP Match -No ERP System - they use Quickbooks! -Benefits are horrible -Employee Turnover is alarmingly high
