Pros

Free coffee, nice colleagues, current office manager is nice.

Coming to work here everyday gives me the worst anxiety and a hollow feeling in my stomach that is almost too much to handle. Most of the management here really do not care. They hire the weakest account management team that do nothing but sound like pushovers on the phone to clients and blame employees when they make mistakes on the phone after being shouted at for most of the day. They never hold the companies accountable for providing a poor service and these terrible companies use us so they can keep getting away with it. We take the blame for what the companies do wrong which is most of the day. Account management are always complaining and swearing when they have to take a call themselves when the rest of us can’t even get a breathe in between calls or told not to go the toilet if it is busy. The operations management are overpaid to sit at home. They try and manage the whole company from there but seem to fail spectacularly. They send out a bonus email once a month but the bonus is not enough for the work we take on and there is always some kind of mistake or a mistake with the payslip every single month. There is a new pay system every month where there is always a problem. The odd time which I do see operations, they never introduce themselves or say hi to any of us which is demoralising more than anything. Apparently they also deal with IT but everything breaks and disconnects so what is the the point of them?! Training is done by other ‘senior’ members of staff who are actually young and have not been there longer than a few months. They don’t have good training materials because the old training management bullied people into leaving before leaving themselves before getting called up on it. Getting people on the phone in 1 day after barely any training is unheard of in the contact centre industry. Training or scripts do not make sense at all. The current office management is nice who took over not long ago and other management make them do too much considering what they’ve been through and make them do all the hard work in the office and it’s unfair while others doss around. All a blame game here at CSnotepad as you can see from the hilarious fake reviews on here and other sites. Blaming other management and blaming employees. Don’t bother and look elsewhere.

Pros

Nice people to work with and relatively good training

Cons

Unappreciative, too focused on upselling and taking a certain amount of calls per minuet, no HR, just over all bad company hiring good people.
