      Pros

      The company is very family oriented and many employees have worked there their entire life. Good place to work if you plan on staying in Cincinnati.

      Cons

      There are not many opportunities for advancement. The company is rather understaffed and would benefit from better communication from management.

      Pros

      Lots of Variety in Roles, was able to find niches I excel at to contribute positively to company. Successful company, as they hold a large degree of the market share for the product Well structured organization. Great leadership. Highly qualified mentors.

      Cons

      As a co-op, I wish I had a greater expanse of roles, or access to work on or learn on different projects and experiences. When, for example, the lead engineer over me didn't have anything to do for me, I wish I would have been placed to work under / observe other people in the company.
