      Pros

      job is not difficult if you have half a brain.

      Cons

      Leadman makes the job terrible. probably worst boss ever. no problem solving skills, refuses to admit his errors, cant do any of the jobs himself so his advice is horrible. Wont communicate to other departments what would make us more efficient. (print errors, production flow redundancies and weak links ect ect ect)

      Pros

      Lots of Variety in Roles, was able to find niches I excel at to contribute positively to company. Successful company, as they hold a large degree of the market share for the product Well structured organization. Great leadership. Highly qualified mentors.

      Cons

      As a co-op, I wish I had a greater expanse of roles, or access to work on or learn on different projects and experiences. When, for example, the lead engineer over me didn't have anything to do for me, I wish I would have been placed to work under / observe other people in the company.
