CSW is a great place to work. They have consistently improved benefits for me and my family, I’ve grown and have been promoted twice. They have a competitive salary and keep me engaged and learning more. I’ve been here 7 years and will retire here. They are a family company.

CSW isn’t perfect but they are better than any other company I’ve worked for. I’ve seen so many people leave CSW and come back because the grass wasn’t greener. They’ve recently made a lot of changes and I see nothing but great things ahead.

I've been working at CSW for 3 years now, and I continue to be impressed with the direction this company is going in. The owners clearly invest in their employee base and improve on their benefits package and employee development year after year. We saw a decrease in cost to our medical benefits this year which is unheard of. We get a generous match in 401k and a generous amount of paid time off as well. Employees are provided a multitude of ways to further their development through CSW You classes at no cost to the employee. If you're looking for a place to grow in your career at a company that wants to invest in you, CSW is the place for you.

We've grown rapidly over the last few years and we've seem some really positive changes. There are, however, people who are resistant to those changes, and its challenging to work with those people.
