      - employees treated like adults, not micromanaged, lots of trust and respect - lots of growth opportunities and cool projects - intelligent, respectful and ingenious leadership team - best darn people you can work with. Egos and self-promotion not tolerated. True team environment, very collaborative. - community focused, volunteering opportunities during work hours, social activities, fun challenges

      Cons

      It's a small, private company. If stock options are really important to you, then this might not be the place for you as they just don't exist here. but all other aspects of the pay is good and well rounded, like high base pay, great benefits ($2000 flex spending), 6% RRSP plan and annual bonuses.

      With growth comes growing pains. But our projects team is doing something that no one else is doing, and that’s pretty exciting to be a part of.
