      The state benefits are good.

      Cons

      High student work loads, high turn over and leadership offers little to no support. The pay is considerably lower than the UC's and CC's so advisors leave all the time.

      •Making Connections •Gain experience in public institutions on how things work around here.

      Cons

      •Management could be so entitled. When I was a staff member, leadership sees you as trash. Leadership could be scary! It’s all about reputation here so be careful and stay on the low. Just do your work and leave.
