You are working to help further the prosperity of students who are looking to get a great education. The departments offer a variety of opportunities for the students and aim to continue with great education.
Cons
The turnover is high in some departments, the leadership is lacking and the amount of red tape you need to get through to get something done is pretty significant. There is also a great deal of employees who lack work and sit around doing nothing most of the day, while other employees are swamped and can barely get their head above water.
