      For the most part, if you are a student, they respect your availability.

      My department is filled with Politics and an Incompetant Director who is to afraid to be a leader. Pay is not the best. But hey its a state job.

      •Making Connections •Gain experience in public institutions on how things work around here.

      Cons

      •Management could be so entitled. When I was a staff member, leadership sees you as trash. Leadership could be scary! It’s all about reputation here so be careful and stay on the low. Just do your work and leave.
