      Pros

      Better pay than community colleges, more dedicated student than the community colleges. Smaller class sizes and much better facilities in and out of the classroom.

      Cons

      California State University Fullerton is a large university and it is easy as an adjunct faculty to be lost and forgotten. As well, the review process is a bit long but I understand the reasoning behind why they set it up the way they did.

      •Making Connections •Gain experience in public institutions on how things work around here.

      Cons

      •Management could be so entitled. When I was a staff member, leadership sees you as trash. Leadership could be scary! It’s all about reputation here so be careful and stay on the low. Just do your work and leave.
