      I found that the work culture is relatively good as long as your not a trouble maker you should be alright

      Cons

      The salary was a little low despite me being a science graduate

      Pros

      Great pharmacy procedures in place on paper. Some lovely staff at the worker level and good working pattern.

      Cons

      Quick to judge and dismiss. Mistakes aren’t reflected on to prevent from reoccurring, you are punished/dismissed. Concerns raised as a qualified dispenser are shrugged off due to money being made in my opinion.
