Very professional and pleasant working environment.

Do not place enough importance or consideration on individual employee contribution and dedication to their job.

Very relaxed atmosphere. Senior management is both kind and intelligent. Dress code is relaxed. People are happy to work there.

The pay is low, but not bad for Valley Standards. There is little opportunity for significant career advancement. There are odd hours.
