Pros
Ms. Sharon is perhaps the only employee at this office with a soul. From the moment you walk in, she extends kindness and warmth to you. She is a great administrative assistant and deserves all the praise for everything she does.
Cons
Strict, outdated PTO policies, benefits weren’t great at all, no flexibility to work from home, and apparent favoritism and unprofessional behavior from “leaders” in the company. Either you’re “in” or you’re everybody else, and if you’re “everybody else” there’s no room for you to grow in the company, especially as an engineer. No work life balance, ethics are virtually nonexistent, and money is the only priority. Raises were not given even when performance exceeded expectations. Save yourself the trouble and stay far away.
