Pros

- You will learn how to operate in survival mode 24/7. Your work may not necessarily showcase your potential, but your ability to impress management surely will. - Your manager will handle everything else except you. They will teach you self-reliance by not helping, guiding, or supporting you when you're in a tough spot. If you're lucky, they might even push you off the cliff. - You will master the art of isolation, as mingling with colleagues and making potentially good friends will be difficult. You'll need to justify every interaction, bathroom visit, or adjustment to the air conditioner. "Feeling cold" won't cut it. - You'll develop qualities like self-doubt, being blamed for others' mistakes, burnout, faking smiles, crying in the bathroom, and more! - Your memory skills will skyrocket from documenting your work daily, weekly, and monthly. (Micromanagement? What's that? Here, we closely oversee every detail of every employee in the name of record-keeping.) - You'll forget about comp time, sick leave, vacation days, national holidays, tea breaks, timely paychecks, creativity, freedom of speech, and sometimes, even the will to live.

Cons

- They've hired and retained people not interested in benefiting the company or society, but solely to make life hell for fellow employees. - Think working overtime on weekends, while at home, when sick, and during family functions is tough? Wait until they dock a day's pay for being 10 minutes late three times in a month. - The training period is a myth. You'll be trained to live in constant fear of being fired for no good reason. - For the sake of your mental health and that of your loved ones, please avoid joining this company.

Pros

1. The organisation can provide employment opportunities for people who urgently need a job or are trying to enter the sector. 2. Exposure to projects and field-level work is possible during the tenure.

Cons

1. The organisational culture operates in a highly top-down manner, with most decisions centralized and little room for employee voice or professional autonomy. 2. Roles and expectations communicated during hiring often differ significantly from the actual work assigned. 3. Employees are largely treated as replaceable resources rather than valued professionals. Career growth or merit recognition is limited unless one aligns closely with senior leadership. 4. The Head Office environment feels excessively restrictive, with unnecessary monitoring of employee behaviour, informal moral policing, and practices such as seat rotations that reduce workplace comfort. 5. HR processes lack transparency. Salaries are typically delayed until around the 7th of the month, and salary slips are not routinely shared unless specifically requested and justified. 6. Statutory employee benefits such as PF or gratuity were not provided during employment. 7. Workplace dynamics are heavily influenced by a small group close to leadership, leading to inconsistent decision-making and a difficult work environment depending on internal relationships. 8. Public-facing communication and social media visibility present a much more positive image than the internal work culture experienced by employees. 9. Very high attrition, with employees frequently leaving within a short period, indicating low retention.

Pros

There aren’t any pros of working here

Cons

It is basically a school with a Principal, a couple of head boys and head girls and some class monitors. Basically a hell! You will never know who your manager is. CEO is a typical micro manager and very fickle minded. So leadership here is all about what CEO says yes or no to. Anything at anytime can be YOUR FAULT! You just never know with this company. There is no structure and it’s highly toxic place with all kinds of toxic corporate practices.
