      Pros

      The onboarding process at CSM Group was truly impressive. As a non-local employee, I was flown to the HQ to meet with my team and leadership where I was warmly welcomed by everyone. On top of that, I was able to visit a construction site to see first hand some of the impressive work being done. The people are all amazingly friendly!

      Pros

      Sincere is the word that comes to mind when I think of my employer. I am coming up on 2 years and amidst the many changes since I joined, I have felt that our leaders have made considerate decisions and been transparent with the team I serve on. I am thankful to say that this is the first employer where I've seen long form future growth as a legitimate possibility.

      Nothing significant comes to mind, all the majors are on track at CSM Group!

      High turnover rates and poor leadership, current owner is no longer involved. New C level mangers are clueless. eNPS comically low.
