Not enough work - Staff Accountant CSM Corporation Employee Review

-not nearly enough work to do for a full time job. I had consistently made requests for more work and no extra long term responsibilities were given. 65% of my job was asking for more work. -No support for professional or personal development or learning opportunities -3 point scaling system for annual reviews (your score is what determines your raise and even if you do better the 2nd year you do not get a higher raise. Raises seem to be based on budgets solely and not based on merit and felt ignored or not taken seriously when brining this up.) -management did change last year -do not feel that management has enough emotional awareness when talking to others
