Pros
There is a lot to learn and discover. Most of the time you are doing core engineering work, which is very good for enhancing experience. It is a well organized environment.
Cons
Senior management does not treat employees well. Senior management is at times impossible, they rush employees to complete tasks which require ample time. The company does not offer training to its employees, meaning that if you are registered with ECSA you have to pay for yourself to earn CPD points. Certain employees are undermined.
