Pretty descent and interactive Leadership training model. Good pay. Company-wide collaboration. Room for growth. One of the most popular plasma companies. Great diversity! Awesome corporate boss is supportive!
Cons
Pretty strict policies, but fair. Average employee turnover slightly high. Somewhat excessive training material but you have access to review it. Management has a pretty hefty workload, but it's manageable with the right support.
