      Pretty thorough training, but you have to drive some of it. Great stepping stone to management Can make a career of it Takes care of all travel needs

      Cons

      Requires travel and relocation after training completion Dependant on who your sponsor is, some are great, some are not. Requires learning ALOT of information.

      The insurance benefits are great

      Cons

      the pay is low and like most businesses they have no loyalty to existing long term employees they pay more money to the new incoming employees instead of the employees that have been working there and have been loyal
