Pros

Day went by fast, they don’t drug test. Just know that this job will take away all your time away from home. Their are two shifts 6:30-3:30 or till you’re done restocking the floor because the rest of your teammates could possibly be lazy and leave you to do it all alone and 11:30- till the last donor leaves and you’re done with cleaning and closing. That could be any hour, the latest I left was 9:50. And then you have the weekend 6:30-till the last donor leaves and you’re done with your duties. So don’t ever expect to leave at your scheduled time.

Cons

They hire unprofessional people, all the unprofessional employees don’t like to work, management doesn’t know wth they’re doing and they’re also unprofessional, Management will talk very bad behind your back as well. If you tolerate stress well then go ahead and apply. Initially I was fine but after 2 months I saw everything for what it really was. Also don’t expect 15 minute breaks, even if you’ve been on your feet standing in the same spot or pacing back and forth 20 ft. You are not to lean or sit per management.
