Pros
Really good benefits, work from home role allows flexibility. Really good manager.
Cons
The company seems to be transitioning and no one seems to know where they want to go with any department. Really frustrating. The 80% travel requirement, while I haven't had to do it, is still excessive. This will result in burnout and a loss of motivation, and you can already see it in those who have had to travel this much.
