Change terms on contract Will push out agreed upon dates (hiring, promotion, bonus, holidays) Changing job duties Bait and Switch - say they'll hire you for one thing, change their mind. Promises raise within 6 months, raise is always pushed off but duties are added on. NO good benefits. Says they offer benefits but worst ones on the market. No dental, vision, emergency only health. On call expected but NOT compensated. Gives 1/2 day off instead if you work weekends. Will have you front facing with clients, not offer assistance in areas with constant turnover, and then you get the blame when something you weren't involved in goes wrong. Also will NOT stand up for staff decisions with clients if they do not like results, even when you ask for their feedback on the decision.

Pay is decent Advertised as hybrid when it’s actually remote

Requires on-call for the ENTIRE PORTFOLIO one day a week. You are not compensated for this. Spent the entire interview telling me how terrible their company is as if they want to do the opposite of sell me on it. Reached out to schedule a second interview and then ghosted me after sending my availability.
