      Pay is decent Advertised as hybrid when it’s actually remote

      Cons

      Requires on-call for the ENTIRE PORTFOLIO one day a week. You are not compensated for this. Spent the entire interview telling me how terrible their company is as if they want to do the opposite of sell me on it. Reached out to schedule a second interview and then ghosted me after sending my availability.

      It is a small, family owned company who is truly passionate about Greek life and supporting organizations across the country.

      Cons

      High but rewarding workload. Do not work for them if you are expecting a 40 hour workweek and an easy 9-5.

      Leaving at the end of the day.

      Cons

      Management is the worst I have ever encountered in my career. Employee turnover is rampant at this company and no one seems to care. It’s a family run business with the corporate office being run by two sisters. If you are looking to be disrespected, micromanaged and stabbed in the back by the sisters of Cleveland, this is the place for you.
