Pros
Most friendly of the pharma/biotech companies I’ve worked for. Cares about their people and benefits are good. Many opportunities for advancement if you’re globally focused. Difficult to advance at the actual plant itself.
Cons
Company is changing rapidly and many of the old colleagues that built it are leaving and being replaced with big pharma executives from JnJ, Pfizer, Merck, etc.
