Pros
The TD department is fast pace and unpredictable which allows you to learn on the fly and something new each day. This department is more flexible in terms of work schedule. There is a lot of cross functional worked in TD and interaction and the relationship between different departments is strong and friendly. There is a strong family vibe. Working in TD is a great area for career growth and allows you to branch out into different areas and learn a variety of skills.
Cons
Recent merging of the Manufacturing Science and TD teams are causing internal team disputes of ideas and mentalities. Process schedule is changes too frequent and causes bottlenecks and pacing issues.
