Pros

The working environment is very friendly. Every people always willing to share and help me, even I'm an international student and don't speak Italian. Having lunch with my other employees make us understand each other better

Cons

Salary is not competitive because CSI Piemonte is something between a state-owned company and a private company. Not really sure about that, but it's reason why the salary cannot be higher; the government has some rules about it.

Pros

CSI Piemonte is a public consortium based in Italy that provides digital and IT services to public administrations. It plays a key role in supporting innovation, digital transformation, and efficient service delivery for regional and local governments.

Cons

As a public consortium, CSI followed strict administrative procedures, which sometimes made decision-making slower compared to the private sector. It taught me the importance of patience, process management, and compliance.
