      CSI Financial has a great team environment and people are dedicated to making the client happy. They have a unique business and the executive team works well together to come up with innovative solutions for its clients. They have no real politics internally so that frees people up to focus on their job at hand.

      Cons

      They are behind from a technology stand point but it is clear they recognize that and have made some recent investments to solve that problem.
