      Pros

      Working with great managers and Vice Presidents that are easy to approach and make you feel valued. Psychological safety. Flexible work schedule as long as you get the work done. There is room to advance as long as you let upper management aware what you envision your career path to be.

      Cons

      Yearly reviews stopped therefore there isn’t really an opportunity to bring up any concerns or ask for feedback from your boss(es). Raises used to be yearly (based on reviews), but ever since that stopped it’s come and go and you typically get the standard 2-3%. There isn’t any special training to help you advance your career unless you put yourself out there and learn on your own.

      Older management doesn't always understand benefits for younger people such as tuition reimbursement or remote work

      Pros

      Good people, always busy and fast paced, they give us free food here and there. Family oriented vibe

      Cons

      They don't know how to manage their jobs correctly. There's so many people involved in 1 job and no communications makes the rest work hard. A lot of people that take advantage of the leaders. Take longer lunches and come in late and leave early but are not reprimanded.
