      Pros

      Growing and forward thinking company. Good opportunities in terms of exciting projects.

      Cons

      The culture is in somewhat of a decline from where it was 6-7 years ago. The CSI culture was a huge selling point for employment and it was really unique and special. After the sale to a public parent company the immediate change wasn't that noticeable, but the new direction is starting to take shape and it's feeling more like a big shop with the public company mentality.

      Growing company means more work and never being slow.

      Older management doesn't always understand benefits for younger people such as tuition reimbursement or remote work

      Pros

      Good people, always busy and fast paced, they give us free food here and there. Family oriented vibe

      Cons

      They don't know how to manage their jobs correctly. There's so many people involved in 1 job and no communications makes the rest work hard. A lot of people that take advantage of the leaders. Take longer lunches and come in late and leave early but are not reprimanded.
