From the top down, our organizational values highlight our commitment to our staff as we strive to provide an environment where all feel they are supported in their professional development, treated fairly and respected. We have regular impact feedback meetings with our staff and a confidential feedback line posted in numerous places at all our campuses for our staff to give us direct feedback. As part of our organizational values, we promote a culture of transparency and integrity with our staff. All feedback as well as different points of view are valued, it is important to remember in all situations that just because the advice is not implemented does not mean it is not valued. We balance feedback from our staff with what is best for the team and the organization. From a benefits perspective we strive to provide the best in the market by utilizing a national provider Blue Cross Blue Shield and have company paid ancillary products that deliver a robust package (life insurance, 401k, profit sharing, dental, time off, short and long term disability) far beyond what the market dictates. We also provide medical/dental/life insurance options for our Adjunct Instructors (part-time staff) which is unique benefit not offered to staff in most industries. Also CSI over the last 4 years has absorbed all the insurance premium increases to ensure that staff premium contributions stay flat.
