      Pros

      Entry level coding, easy process, engaged recruiters (I worked with Alesia Halliday- she knew I was a brand new CPC-A and walked me through everything, always available for questions), decent benefits, decent pay, room for growth opportunities

      Cons

      No PTO/Holidays until a certain number of hours worked- but that’s typical with contracting!

      Good opportunity to gain first-time experience

      Cons

      Low pay, does not increase by more than $1 over time. Hourly pay was decreased due to "operational needs" after 3 years
