      You get to have a job

      Cons

      There was no open door policy even though they tell you it is. Management stick together and cover up for each other. They fire employees quick and unexpectedly. They hire too many people so they will make something up to let employees go and then pay the last check you receive will be minimum wage

      Good opportunity to gain first-time experience

      Cons

      Low pay, does not increase by more than $1 over time. Hourly pay was decreased due to "operational needs" after 3 years
