*The only people who have been with CH for 5+ years are the lazy ones. Nothing happens to lazy employees, and the good workers are expected to pick up their slack. *extremely underpaid *have to work at other sites a lot *very rude management *dental team leads and supervisors are encouraged not to work by Patti Balcom *discourage teamwork *not flexible with schedules at all *no mutual respect *no room for growth
